Meet Our Team
Behind every massive build is a small crew of people who know how to move mountains of steel.
At Harrington Metal Fab, experience isn’t just measured in years—it’s measured in projects completed, problems solved, and standards raised. Our team combines generations of craftsmanship with a modern approach to engineering, safety, and precision.
Together, we’re carrying forward a legacy built on trust, skill, and a shared belief that good work speaks for itself.
Josh Harrington
Owner & Floor Manager
As the third generation to lead Harrington Metal Fab, Josh Harrington carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship and grit that began with his grandfather’s construction business and evolved into one of the region’s most trusted names in heavy metal fabrication.
-
He began his career at the company when Josh’s grandfather was still at the helm and has since become the go-to expert for engineering, quoting, and design changes. Ed’s practical experience and sharp technical eye ensure every project—from ice-class nozzles to custom-engineered structures—meets spec, budget, and deadline.
Ask anyone in the shop, and they’ll tell you: if you need to know how something’s been built, tested, or improved over the years, Ed’s your guy. His memory is as solid as the steel he helps shape—and his commitment to doing things right has helped define the Harrington standard for generations.
Ed Miller
Engineer & Project Manager
Ed Miller has been part of the Harrington story for decades, working under all three generations of leadership. Known for his encyclopedic knowledge of past builds and his steady hand in complex design work, Ed is the bridge between Harrington’s deep history and its modern operations.
-
After years working alongside his father, Josh stepped away to work on oil rigs in Australia—a move that broadened his perspective and deepened his respect for the trades. The experience gave him a front-row seat to how critical precision, safety, and teamwork are when the stakes are high and the steel is heavy.
When he returned home, it wasn’t just to keep the family business running—it was to reshape its future. Under his leadership, Harrington Marine became Harrington Metal Fab again, expanding beyond marine work into large-scale industrial fabrication while preserving the same values that built the company in the first place: honesty, excellence, and pride in a job well done.
Rooted in his family’s role as founding members of the Holland area, Josh is dedicated to building more than structures—he’s building opportunities for the next generation of skilled craftsmen and women who call this community home.
